 Shabaz Gill was appointed as  chief of staff by Imran Khan on 13 April 2022 when the Khan government was ousted by Opposition Parties known as PDM 

Raja Farooq Ali Khan who is a Judicial magistrate judge reserved the decision stated by the PTI " The condition of the Shabaz Gill is not in good condition"

On the contrary, it is questioned Imran Khan "If ICT police didn't torture Shehzab Gill then who Tortured him"

Further, it is stated by Former Prime Minister that "We won't leave any stone unturned and will find out who tortured Shehbaz Gill and will bring them to justice
